The stainless steel rotary drum filter produced by our company is designed to address the problems of existing stainless steel rotary drum filters, such as inability to work automatically, poor corrosion resistance, easy screen breakage, easy clogging, high equipment failure rate, and difficult maintenance and operation. It can be used as a solid-liquid separation technology product in the pre-treatment link of the fishery mechanization fish farm recirculating water breeding system. By separating solid wastes in breeding water, the water body is purified to achieve the purpose of recycling. At the same time, it also has a rotary drum filter that can be used in sewage treatment, sludge dewatering, etc., which can effectively separate solid suspended matters in sewage and water in sludge, achieving the purification of sewage and the reduction of sludge.

When the amount of suspended solids in the drum accumulates to a certain extent, it will cause a decrease in the water permeability of the screen, resulting in an increase in the water level in the drum. When the water level rises to the set high water level, the liquid level automatic control element works. At this time, the backwashing pump and the drum reducer are automatically turned on simultaneously. The high-pressure water passes through the rotating drum screen of the microfilter backwashing assembly for high-pressure cleaning. The suspended solids blocked on the drum filter screen will flow into the dirt collection pool and then be washed under high pressure through the sewage pipe.

When the screen is cleaned, the water permeability of the drum screen increases, and the water level in the drum decreases. When the water level reaches the set low water level, the backwashing pump and the drum reducer will automatically stop working, and the rotary drum filter will enter a new round of working cycle.

High filtration precision: By selecting an appropriate filter cloth and adjusting filtration parameters, relatively high filtration precision can be achieved, effectively removing fine solid particles in the material and obtaining a filtrate with high clarity.

Flexible operation: The operating parameters of the drum filter, such as rotational speed, vacuum degree or pressure, can be flexibly adjusted according to the nature and filtration requirements of the material to achieve the best filtration effect.
