Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes are manufactured with premium quality EPDM material and are available with fine or coarse-bubble perforation. The support tubes(ABS or PVC material)can be reused when membranes are replaced. Aquasust's tube diffuser utilizes EPDM with a "bimodal" molecular weight distribution. EPDM with a "bimodal" molecular weight distribution possesses the mechanical properties of high molecular weight polymers as well as the processing properties of low molecular weight polymers. EPDM, together with the introduction of controlled long-branched chain EPDM, well balanced the performance of the polymer. EPDM has high strength and high resilience and also has good tear resistance.

1. Tube Diffuser Treatment Capacity and Tank Size:
(1) 63mm tube diffuser: suitable for small to medium-sized treatment facilities with an ideal water depth of up to 3 meters. This size of tube diffuser is very effective in small systems, providing a high density of bubbles and good oxygen transfer for lower flow requirements.
(2) 93mm tube diffuser: suitable for medium-sized treatment systems in water depths up to 5 meters. This medium-sized tube diffuser balances coverage area and bubble refinement and is suitable for treating medium loads of wastewater.
