Aquaculture Protein Skimmer in Pulp And Paper Industry Wastewater Treatment Application

1. Removal of suspended solids: Paper wastewater contains a large number of fibers, fillers and other suspended solids. The Protein Separator reduces the solids content of wastewater by generating fine air bubbles to which these suspended solids attach and float to the surface of the water where they are removed. 2. Removal of Organic Matter: Protein separators are effective in removing dissolved organic matter and colloidal material from paper wastewater, which often comes from chemicals and additives used in the pulp and paper making process. Reducing organic matter helps to lower the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) of the wastewater. 3.
