Disc Diffuser AS-DD215 Sea Water Desalination (As A Pre-Treatment Step) Application
1. Gas transfer: disc diffuser facilitates contact between gas and water by introducing gas (usually air) into the water. This contact creates bubbles in the water and transfers the gas to the water. During the pre-treatment stage, these bubbles can help increase the level of dissolved oxygen in the water, thus contributing to the biological reaction or oxidation process in subsequent treatment processes.
2. Mixing: By creating bubbles in the water and forming convection currents, disc diffuser helps in mixing the substances in the water.
